You can publish properties for sale or rent such as houses, apartments, land, retail spaces, offices, and pre-sale/development properties. The better the information (price, photos, approximate location, features, and description), the better the listing performs.
Why are there 3 sites and what is published on each one?
At Netmex we want clients to find exactly what they’re looking for. That’s why we operate three specialized sites: CasasEnMx for houses (residential), DepasEnMx for vertical developments and apartments, and Netmex for commercial real estate. This separation improves user experience, enables better segmentation, and makes promotion more effective for each property type.

Does Netmex verify that the property exists or that the price is correct?
Keeping inventory accurate and up to date is the responsibility of the advisor or agency publishing the listing. Netmex is not responsible for price changes, availability, or final agreements between parties.

You can also boost your listings with add-on tools and services such as 360° virtual tours, renders, vCards, Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, featured listings, professional photography, and branding services like logo creation/adjustments and brand guidelines.

Sign up to access your dashboard. From there you can manage your profile, your property catalog, and the links you’ll share. An account is required to publish and manage inventory.
2) Publish your inventory
Create property listings with title, price, approximate location, description, features, and photos. The better presented the information is, the easier it is for clients to understand the property and contact you.
3) Share professional links
Each property has its own shareable link for WhatsApp, social media, or campaigns. You can also use a microsite (your catalog page) to send clients one single link with all your listings.
4) Receive direct contacts
The goal is to reduce friction: the client views the property and contacts you directly. Netmex does not interfere with the transaction and does not charge commission on sales or rentals.

Yes. You can cancel anytime. There are no refunds, but the paid period is respected and the service stays active until the expiration date.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s property limit?
If you exceed the limit, additional properties will be saved as drafts and you won’t be able to edit or activate them until you purchase more slots. Nothing is lost—properties within your plan’s limit will keep working normally.

How do I publish a property?
From your dashboard you can create a new listing and complete the key details: title, price, approximate location, description, features, and photos. Once saved, your listing is ready to be shared via link.
Can I edit a property after publishing?
Yes. You can update price, description, photos, status, and features. We recommend keeping information up to date to avoid confusion and improve the client experience.
What photos should I upload for a professional look?
Clear, well-lit photos of complete spaces with good visual order. Ideally include facade, living/dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, patio/amenities, and a couple of wide shots.
Can I pause or hide a property?
Yes. You can temporarily deactivate a listing if it’s no longer available or while you’re updating information. This helps you avoid contacts for a property that can’t be shown.
What if a property gets sold or rented?
We recommend marking it as unavailable or removing it from your catalog to keep inventory clean and avoid unnecessary contacts. Updating availability is the advisor’s or agency’s responsibility. The platform favors regular maintenance by highlighting listings that are updated.
Is Netmex responsible if price or availability changes?
No. It is the advisor’s responsibility to keep inventory updated. Netmex is not responsible for price changes, availability, or final agreements between advisor and client.

Can I add 360° virtual tours?

What can I share: a property or my full catalog?
Both. You can share the direct link to a specific property or send your microsite with your full catalog. The idea is to always have a professional link ready for WhatsApp, social media, or campaigns.
Can I improve photos, video, or promo materials?
Yes. We offer filters in the image upload section to improve quality—just select the filter before uploading. We also provide add-on services such as video editing/creation, photography, and promotional assets to elevate a listing when needed.
Are these tools mandatory?
