This contract describes the general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "TERMS AND CONDITIONS") applicable to the use of the content, products, and services offered through the website www.net-mex.com (hereinafter, "WEBSITE"), owned by CRE INTERNACIONAL S de RL de CV (hereinafter, "OWNER"), with a registered address in San Luis Potosí, S.L.P at the following location:

Anyone who wishes to access or use the website or the services offered therein may do so, subject to the TERMS AND CONDITIONS as well as the policies and principles incorporated into this document. This section establishes the terms and conditions (hereinafter, the "General Conditions") for the use of the content and services (hereinafter, the "Services") of the website specified in clause 12 (hereinafter, the "Website"). The Website and the Services are provided by the company detailed in clause 12 (hereinafter, "CRE INTERNACIONAL").
If you do not agree with the General Conditions, please leave the Website and refrain from using the Services offered. The use of the Website by the user will be understood as full and unconditional acceptance of the General Conditions established herein.
Hereinafter, the terms "You" and "User" will be used to refer to all individuals and/or entities who, for any reason, access the Website.
CRE INTERNACIONAL is registered with the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI), which guarantees that we follow the professional and ethical standards of the real estate sector in Mexico.
1. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE Access to and use of the Websites do not require prior registration or subscription. However, for certain services offered through the Websites, it may be necessary for the User to register and/or pay a membership fee, which is unique and valid for the three platforms: www.net-mex.com | www.depasenmx.com | www.casasenmx.com
1.1 Access to the Website
Access to and use of the Website do not require prior subscription or registration of the User. However, the use of some of the Services offered through the Website may require the subscription or registration of the User and/or the payment of a fee.
1.2 Use of the Website
1.2.1 The User agrees to use the Website in accordance with these General Conditions, the applicable laws as per clause 12, and with morality and good customs.
1.2.2 The User is obligated to refrain from using the Website for illegal purposes or effects, in violation of the General Conditions, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or in any way that may damage, disable, overload, or deteriorate the Website or prevent the normal use of the Website by Users.
1.3 Website Content
1.3.1 The contents of this Website, such as text, information, graphics, images, logos, trademarks, software, databases, designs, functional architecture, and any other material (hereinafter, the “Content”) are protected by the applicable laws in each jurisdiction as per clause 12, including but not limited to, laws regarding copyright, patents, trademarks, utility models, industrial designs, and domain names.
1.3.2 All Content is the property of CRE INTERNACIONAL and/or any other affiliated companies and/or its content providers. The compilation, interconnection, operability, and arrangement of the Website's content are the exclusive property of CRE INTERNACIONAL. Unauthorized use, adaptation, reproduction, and/or commercialization of the Content may be penalized by the applicable legislation in each jurisdiction.
1.3.3 You may not copy or adapt the programming code developed by or on behalf of CRE INTERNACIONAL to create and operate its pages, which is protected by the applicable laws in each jurisdiction.
1.4 Permitted Use of the Website
1.4.1 General Rules: Users are prohibited from using the Website to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material (i) in violation of applicable law, (ii) in a way that infringes the rights of third parties or violates the confidentiality, honor, privacy, image, or other personal rights of other individuals.
1.4.2 Website Security Rules: Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Website, including but not limited to: (i) accessing data not intended for such a user or entering a server or account for which the User is not authorized, (ii) probing or testing the vulnerability of a system or network, or violating security or identification measures without proper authorization, (iii) attempting to disrupt the service to any User, host, or network, including but not limited to sending viruses to the Website, or via saturation or denial-of-service attacks, (iv) sending unsolicited emails, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services, or (v) falsifying any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or forum post.
1.4.3 Violations of system or network security constitute criminal offenses and may lead to civil liabilities. CRE INTERNACIONAL will investigate instances of security violations and may contact the appropriate judicial or administrative authorities to pursue Users involved in such violations.
1.5 Prohibited Uses
1.5.1 The Website may only be used for lawful purposes, to access information regarding the Services available through it. CRE INTERNACIONAL specifically prohibits any use of the Website for:
• Posting incomplete, false, or inaccurate biographical data.
• Registering more than one account per user.
• Using any mechanism to prevent or attempt to prevent the proper functioning of this Website or any activity being carried out on this Website.
• Disclosing or sharing your password with third parties, or using your password for unauthorized purposes.
• Using or attempting to use any machine, software, tool, agent, or other mechanism to navigate or search the Website other than the search tools provided by CRE INTERNACIONAL on this Website.
• Attempting to decipher, decompile, or obtain the source code of any software program from this Website.
1.5.2 CRE INTERNACIONAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User who, at the sole discretion of CRE INTERNACIONAL, does not comply with the standards defined in these General Terms or with the current policies of CRE INTERNACIONAL, without this entitling the User to any compensation.
1.6 Communication Channels Available to Users
1.6.1 The User must use the available communication channels—such as chats and discussion forums, among others (hereinafter, the "Channels")—responsibly, correctly, and in strict compliance with current regulations.
1.6.2 The content of each message sent by the User through the Channels is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User. CRE INTERNACIONAL does not guarantee the accuracy of the personal data and/or content of each message made and/or published in the Channels by the User. The User voluntarily agrees that access to and/or use of the Channels occurs entirely at their own sole and exclusive responsibility.
1.6.3 CRE INTERNACIONAL reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the Channels and/or Services, without prior notice, to anyone who does not comply with these General Terms or engages in actions that disrupt the normal functioning of the Services and/or the Channels and/or the Website.
1.6.4 The User acknowledges and accepts that the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
1. Using vulgar/obscene, discriminatory, and/or offensive language;
2. Any type of personal attack against Users and/or third parties, including customers of CRE INTERNACIONAL, through harassment, threats, or insults;
3. Any act contrary to laws, morality, and good customs;
4. Posting offensive, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, false, discriminatory, pornographic, violent, insulting, threatening, or inciting messages, images, and hyperlinks, which encourage illegal or dangerous behavior, and/or which in any way violate the privacy of any third party, as well as any direct or indirect violation of the intellectual property rights of CRE INTERNACIONAL and/or any third party, including customers of CRE INTERNACIONAL;
5. Posting messages that may hurt and/or affect the sensitivity of other Users and/or any third party, including customers of CRE INTERNACIONAL;
6. Promoting, marketing, selling, publishing, and/or offering any kind of products, services, and/or activities through the use of the Channels, except for those expressly permitted by CRE INTERNACIONAL;
7. Selling, leasing, or assigning, either for a fee or for free, the communication space of the Channels;
8. Posting messages that contain any form of advertising;
9. Using or sending computer viruses, malware, spyware, ransomware, and/or engaging in any act that causes or could cause damage or harm to the normal operation of the Services and/or Channels, or to the computer equipment or software of CRE INTERNACIONAL and/or any third party, including customers of CRE INTERNACIONAL;
10. Any act aimed at masking and/or falsifying or concealing IP addresses, email addresses, and/or any other technical means of identifying Users or their computer equipment;
11. Any act that violates the privacy of other Users or violates any of their rights under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties;
12. The publication of personal data without the express consent of the owner;
13. The transmission or disclosure of material that violates the legislation in force in the country and/or that could harm the sensitivity of other Users and/or any third party, including customers of CRE INTERNACIONAL;
14. Publishing any type of content that violates the rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual and/or industrial property rights.
1.6.5 CRE INTERNACIONAL is not obliged to monitor nor does it monitor the User's use of the Channels. However, CRE INTERNACIONAL reserves the right not to publish or to remove, after publication, any content and/or messages proposed and/or published by the User that, at CRE INTERNACIONAL's sole discretion, do not strictly comply with the provisions of these General Conditions and/or are improper and/or inappropriate to the characteristics, purpose, and/or quality of the Services.
1.6.6 CRE INTERNACIONAL does not guarantee the availability and continuity of the operation of the Channels.
1.6.7 Under no circumstances is CRE INTERNACIONAL responsible for the destruction, alteration, or deletion of content or information that each User includes in their messages.
1.6.8 Each User is solely and exclusively responsible for their statements, words, opinions, and any action they take through the Channels.
2. USER PERSONAL DATA. WEBSITE REGISTRATION
2.1 When you register on the Website, you will be asked to provide certain information to CRE INTERNACIONAL, which will include, among others, first and last name, address, phone number, and a valid email address (if applicable), among others.
2.2 CRE INTERNACIONAL reserves the right to offer you third-party services and products based on the preferences you indicated at the time of registration or at any later time. Such offers may be made either by CRE INTERNACIONAL directly or by said third parties, for which CRE INTERNACIONAL may share the information provided by the User with such third parties in accordance with the CRE INTERNACIONAL Privacy Notice.

2.4 The User will be responsible for all uses of their account, whether authorized by them or not. You must immediately notify CRE INTERNACIONAL of any unauthorized use of your account or password.
2.5 Registered Users and/or those using the services of CRE INTERNACIONAL guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the information provided and commit to keeping it properly updated, informing CRE INTERNACIONAL of any changes through the "Contact" section available on the Website's homepage.
2.6 The User authorizes the personal information provided to be shared with CRE INTERNACIONAL's clients and the aforementioned third-party partners and commercial collaborators.
3. MINORS
3.1 The use of the Website and/or the Services offered through it is prohibited for persons who lack legal capacity to contract or are minors according to the applicable legislation in accordance with clause 12. Should this occur, minors or legally incapacitated persons must first obtain permission from their parents, guardians, or legal representatives, who will be considered responsible for all actions performed by those under their care.
3.2 The Website is a constantly evolving community that includes diverse users with different experiences and backgrounds. Although CRE INTERNACIONAL may monitor and take action on inappropriate behavior from other users or third parties on the Website or in the access or use of any of the offered Services, including chat rooms and public forums, there may be times when language or other materials accessible on or through these may be inappropriate for minors or offensive to other users. 5.6 Under no circumstances will CRE INTERNACIONAL be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct and/or indirect damages, lost profits, or lost opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, even if CRE INTERNACIONAL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
5.7 CRE INTERNATIONAL excludes all liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the actions of unauthorized third parties with regard to Users' Personal Data, as well as the Services offered on the Website.

The Website contains links to other Internet sites. CRE INTERNATIONAL does not endorse the content of these websites. 7. ASSIGNMENT OR UNAUTHORIZED COMMERCIAL USE
7.1 You agree not to assign, under any title, your rights or obligations under these General Conditions. You also agree not to make any unauthorized commercial use of the Website.
7.2 Likewise, the User agrees to use the Website and the Services diligently and in accordance with applicable and current law and these General Conditions.
8. CANCELLATION
8.1 CRE INTERNATIONAL has the authority, but not the obligation, to issue warnings, temporary suspensions, and permanent cancellations (deactivation) of registered Users for violations of these General Conditions and/or any notice, usage regulation, or instruction made known to the User by CRE INTERNATIONAL.
8.2 Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous point, CRE INTERNATIONAL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to employ all legal means at its disposal in the event that You violate any of these General Conditions.
9. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify CRE INTERNATIONAL from and against any charges, actions, or demands, including but not limited to, reasonable legal fees, resulting from your use of the Website, its Content, and Services. You acknowledge and accept that CRE INTERNATIONAL is merely an intermediary, unrelated to any relationship that may arise between You and those who publish ads, announcements, and/or proposals through the Website. In this regard, You agree not to hold CRE INTERNATIONAL liable for any consequences arising from such relationships.
10. GENERAL
10.1 CRE INTERNACIONAL reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. In such a case, the updated General Terms and Conditions will be published on the Website, and it is the users' obligation to regularly review this section to stay informed of any changes that may have occurred. The User agrees that the publication of the updated General Terms and Conditions by CRE INTERNACIONAL will be considered sufficient notification. Additionally, if the User continues to use the Services and/or the Website, they will be deemed to have implicitly accepted the new General Terms and Conditions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CRE INTERNACIONAL will notify the User of the updated General Terms and Conditions by email to the registered address used for the Website or by posting a notice on the Website itself.
10.2 If any clause of these General Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, such invalidity will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, which will remain fully valid and effective.
10.3 These General Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Notice, constitute the entire agreement between You and CRE INTERNACIONAL regarding the use of the Website.
11. DURATION AND TERMINATION
The provision of the Website Service is of indefinite duration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CRE INTERNACIONAL is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of the Website Service and/or any of its Content at any time.
