The companies indicated in clause 12, their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or parent companies of CRE INTERNACIONAL, respect the privacy of all individuals who visit the website listed in clause 12 (hereinafter, the "Website").

2.4 Once the photographs are uploaded by the customer to the platform, they become part of CRE INTERNACIONAL, meaning that once uploaded, they will be the property of CRE INTERNACIONAL for the use and management of "NETMEX" watermarks, to be used solely and exclusively within the platform.
2.5 Under no circumstances will CRE INTERNACIONAL collect sensitive information about you.
2.6 CRE INTERNACIONAL will not collect sensitive information about you at any time.
